All physical materials sent to us become the property of Fultus Corporation.
As the author, you still retain the copyright, but Fultus cannot return any
paper documents, manuscripts, photos, or disks. Please do not send Fultus your
valuable originals of any materials!

Type all information exactly as you want it to appear in your book and in all
the places where your book is available for sale. For example, do not type the
title of your book in all capital letters unless that is how you want it to
appear on the cover of your book and in the Fultus
Online Book Superstore
and other bookstores.

The Publishing Agreement
is your contract with Fultus. You should read the Agreement carefully before
signing the Publishing Program Order Form. Your signature on the Order Form
represents your acceptance of all the terms of the Agreement.
