Fultus sets minimum pricing for all books that we sell through our distribution
networks (see below).
Authors are free to set list prices higher than these minimum prices.
Minimal book prices are based on the page thresholds of ready-to-print book
files. Once a book exceeds a page threshold, the pricing for the book moves
into the next page book group:

The price of hardcover books is $10 more than your trade paperback to cover
the additional production costs.
Minimal book prices are based on the page numbers of ready-to-print book
files and the following simple formula:
$12.99+$1*(N-28)pgs/4
N - number of pages in your book
For emample, if number of pages in your book is 36 pages (i.e. N=36):
